ویکسین بیماری سے پہلے دی جاتی ہے اس ویکسین میں اسی بیماری کے ویک یا ( inactive pathogen ) ہوتے ہیں بلکہ آج کل تو صرف اس پیتھوجن کا کوئی پارٹ ڈالا جاتا  ہے تاکہ امیونٹی کمزور ہونے کی وجہ سے  ویکسین سے بیماری نہ ہو جائے (ویکسین کی الگ الگ قسمیں ہوتی ہیں جن کا ذکر آگے ہوگا۔) جب ویکسین جسم میں دی جاتی ہے تو ہمارے وائٹ بلڈ سیلس پیتھوجن کو پہچان کے اس کے خلاف ( antibodies ) بنا لیتے ہیں ( ان سفید خلیوں کی کچھ قسمیں ہوتی ہیں جق کہ الگ الگ کام کرتی ہے یہاں پہچاننے کا کام T cells کرتے ہیں جبکہ Antibodies بنانے کا کام T cells کرتے ہیں )  تاکہ جب بھی یہ پیتھوجن جسم میں داخل ہو تو ہمارے ( wbcs ) اسی وقت اس کے خلاف لڑنے کے لیے تیار ہوگے کیونکہ ہمارے مدافعتی نظام کے یاداشت والے خلیوں میں ان کے Antigen کی معلومات پہلے سے موجود  ہوتی ہیں لہذا اس سے پہلےکہ وہ وائرس جسم میں اپنی کاپیاں بنائے اور بیماری پیدا کرے ہمارے WBCS ان کے خلاف Antibody تیار کر کے انہیں ختم کر دیتے ہے بیکٹیریا اگر حملہ کرے تو بھی ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے لیکن یہاں ہمارے WBCS اینٹی باڈیز کے علاوہ Antitoxin بھی بنا سکتاہے جو کہ بیکٹیریا کی نقصاندہ پروٹین کے اثر کو زائل کر دے گا۔

ویکسین کی بہت قسمیں ہوتی ہیں جس میں سے تین یہ ہیں۔

1.Live Attenuated Vaccines :

ان ویکسینز میں جراثیم کو کمزور مگر زندہ حالت میں جسم میں ڈالا جاتا ہے کیونکہ یہ ابھی کمزور ہے تو بیماری پیدا نہیں کر سکتا لیکن ہمارا مدافعتی نظام اس کو پہچان کے اس کے خلاف Antibodies بنا لے گا اور اپنے یاداشتی خلیوں میں ان کی معلومات محفوظ کر لے گا۔ اس کا ایک فائدہ یہ ہے کہ چونکہ یہاں پہ زندہ جرثومے کو جسم میں داخل کیا جاتا ہے تو ایک یا دو بار دینے سے ہی یہ ویکسین زیادہ تر تمام زندگی اس بیماری حفاظت کرتی ہے۔ لیکن یہ ویکسین دیتے وقت یہ خیال لازمی رکھا جاتا ہے کہ اس انسان کا مدافعتی نظام کمزور نہ ہو مثلا اسے پہلے سے ہی ایڈز یا کوئی دوسری بیماری نہ ہو ورنہ یہ کمزور جرثومہ بھی خطرناک ثابت ہو سکتا ہے۔ اس طرح کی ویکسین Measles , Mumps and Chicken pox جیسی بیماریوں سے بچاو کے لیے دی جاتی ہے۔

2. Inactivated Vaccines :

اس ویکسین میں مردہ جرثومے ( Heat Killed ) کو جسم داخل کیا جاتا ہے چونکہ اس کے اندر اس کے Antigen موجود ہوتے ہیں لہذا آگے پھر وہی پراسس ہوگا جو اوپر بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ اس قسم کی ویکسین Rabies اور پولیو سے بچاو کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے

3.Conjugate Vaccine 

اس ویکسین میں بس ایک خاص Antigen یا کاربوہاڈریٹ جیسے بیکٹیریا کی cell wall کو جسم میں انجیکٹ کیا جاتا ہے اس طرح کی ویکسین کی مثال Hepatitis B ہے۔

ہاں کچھ ویکسینس لائف لونگ تحفظ دیتی ہیں اور بار بار کروانے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑتی جبکہ کچھ مخصوص مدت کے لیئے ہوتی ہیں جس کی وجہ یا تو ان پیتھوجن کی ( adaptations  ) ہیں یا وہ امیونٹی کے میموری سیلس میں ( store ) نہیں 

ہوتی کہ امیونٹی انہیں پہچان نہیں پاتی

کرونا وائرس کی اس وقت تک تقریباً 77 ویکسین پر کام جاری ہے تاہم کچھ سائنس دانوں کی راۓ مختلف بھی ہو سکتی ہے ویکسین کی کے مطابق

آپ کے دماغ میں وہ کون سے اچھوتے خیالات پیدا ہورہے ہیں جنھیں بل گیٹس جیسا کامیاب ترین انسان جاننا چاہے گا؟

اب تھوڑا سنجیدگی سے مطالع کیجئے کیوں کے ابھی تک دنیا میں ہمارا صرف مذاق اڑایا جاتا ہے 

- انسانی دماغ میں لگ بھگ سو ارب نیورونز ہوتے ہیں جن کی منظم فائرنگ سے سوچ پیاد ہوتی ہے- ابھی تک ہمیں یہ بھی معلوم نہیں ہے کہ نیورونز کی فائرنگ سے سوچ کیسے پیدا ہوتی ہے چنانچہ یہ فرض کر لینا کہ کوئی ایسی چپ ایجاد ہو گئی ہے جو انسانی سوچوں کو کنٹرول کر سکے محض بی گریڈ سائنس فکشن موویز میں ہی ممکن ہے حقیقت میں ایسا اگلے سو برسوں میں بھی ممکن نہیں ہو پائے گا- اس پر یہ کہنا کہ یہ نینو چیپ اتنی چھوٹی ہے کہ انجکشن کے ذریعے جسم میں داخل کی جا سکتی ہے؟ یہ دعویٰ تو کوئی ایسا شخص ہی کر سکتا ہے جس کے ذہن میں صرف سازشی سوچیں ہی آتی ہیں لیکن جسے ٹیکنالوجی کی ابجد کی بھی خبر نہیں ہے- آپ کا کمپیوٹر اور سیل فون انسانی دماغ سے لاکھوں گنا کم ذہانت رکھتا ہے اور اس کا پروسیسر اتنا بڑا ہوتا ہے کہ سرنج کی سوئی تو کجا خود سرنج کی باڈی میں بھی فٹ نہیں ہو سکتا- پراسیسرز کو بجلی چاہیے ہوتی ہے جو وہ بیٹری سے حاصل کرتے ہیں- فون ایک دن استعمال کریں تو بغیر چارج کیے استعمال نہیں کر سکتے- ایسا پراسیسر بنانا جو نظر نہ آئے لیکن برسوں تک بغیر بیٹری کے کام کرتا رہے، ایسا تو سائنس فکشن میں بھی کم ہی ہوتا ہے- پھر یہ سوچیے کہ انجکشن تو عموماً بازو میں لگایا جاتا ہے، یہ 'نینو چپ' بازو میں داخل ہو کر دماغ تک کیسے پہنچے گا؟ انسانی جسم کا مدافعتی نظام ہر بیرونی شے پر فوراً حملہ کر کے اس کے گرد خون کا لوتھڑا بنا دیتا ہے- اگر بالفرض کوئی ایسی چپ جسم میں داخل کر بھی دی جائے (جو کہ ممکن نہیں ہے) تو بھی اس کے گرد فوراً خون کا لوتھڑا بن جائے گا- اب یہ خون کا لوتھڑا اگر دماغ میں پہنچ جائے تو انسان کو سٹروک ہو جائے گا کیونکہ یہ خون کی نالی میں پھنس جائے گا جس سے دماغ کو خون کی سپلائی منقطع ہو جائے گی- اگر یہ دل کے مسلز کو خون پہنچانے والی رگوں میں پھنس جائے تو ہارٹ اٹیک ہو سکتا ہے

چنانچہ اگر کوئی ایسی خفیہ چپ کی بات کرتا ہے تو آپ اسے فوراً چپ کروا دیجیے- سازشی نظریات کو پھیلنے سے اسی طرح روکا جاتا ہے جس طرح وائرس کو پھیلنے سے روکا جاتا ہے- براہِ کرم سازشی نظریات کو روکنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کیجیے- انہیں بلا سوچے سمجھے شیئر مت کیجیے اور جس نے آپ کے ساتھ ایسے بے سروپا خیالات شیئر کیے ہیں انہیں بھی متنبہ کیجیے کہ وہ انجانے میں ہی سہی، جھوٹ پھیلانے میں معاون ہو رہے ہیں جو ایک اخلاقی جرم ہے
